#StandUpAgainstHate

Antisemitism is on the rise around the world. From Pittsburgh to Poway, from the Women’s March to Neo-Nazis marching in Charlottesville. On the far Right, the far Left, and from religious extremists. Online and in our local libraries. Hatred, exclusion, and violence against Jews is becoming the new normal.

This challenge is not abstract. According to a recent Hillel International survey, 26% of Rutgers students say they have personally experienced anti-Semitism.

#StandUpAgainstHate is a year-long initiative focusing on fighting antisemitism and hatred of all kinds. Each month there will be events, education, and/or opportunities to attend conferences focusing on understanding anti-Semitism and fighting hate.

Rutgers Hillel invites the entire university community to share your concerns and partner with us, throughout the year.

Together we can make a difference!

Co-sponsored by Rutgers Hillel and the Jewish Federation in the Heart of NJ.
