Our Matzah Ball Soup Hotline offers a warm, comforting solution for students who are feeling under the weather. If a student is sick, they can order a batch of homemade matzah ball soup, and we’ll deliver it straight to their dorm. Parents, you can place an order to send soup to your child as a thoughtful care package.

Rutgers offers a rich, diverse Greek life experience. Since 1845, Greek life has been a vital part of campus, fostering leadership, community, and connection.
Rutgers Hillel works with numerous Greek Life Organizations to bring events to all Jewish Greek Life students, both in building and out. Some of these events range from, but are not limited to, our Greek Life Shabbat Dinner, Greek Life “Night Out” event, our “Hearing Men’s Voices” class with AEPi, and more.
In addition, Rutgers Hillel works with all Greek Life organizations by providing a space outside of our building for groups to set up a table and increase their outreach for their philanthropic efforts. Rutgers Hillel also offers numerous leadership opportunities for Greek Life students. This past Spring 2025, an AEPi brother, a Sigma Pi brother, and a Zeta Tau Alpha sister were engagement interns for Hillel, with the primary focus being on increasing the outreach and welcoming arms of Rutgers Hillel for Jewish Greek Life students. Altogether, there is no shortage of events and opportunities for Jewish Greek Life students at Rutgers Hillel!
